I tried using ILSpy, but it didn't help. Please tell me how I can decompile it?

you can't simply decompile it, a source game has multiple parts divided in multiple DLLs, if you want the source code, you need to Reverse Engineer it, it takes several months , dedication and  knowledge of c++ and x86 ASM
