Indicator (Tick/Cross) Panel Housing

I'm trying to find this model that hammer users to show a indicator panel, i.e.
I want to use it because I am going to be having an indicator that will not be lined up with panel walls so it will look silly without it. What is it's model name? Just wondered if anyone knew before I spent an hour looking through every model
