I hate to bother everyone again with another problem...lighting.
I watched SolarChronus' tutorial on light strips and looked at the VDC so I tried it. However in-game, it only gives off a tiny bit of light. I tried changing the texture scale to a really small number but no success. I even tried the instances!

I attached the test map, please take a look.

Just put a "Light" or "Light_Spot" in front of the LightPanel? ^^

you need to set "disable shadows" to "yes" on the model so it doesn't block the light

Light strips are more about detailling then level lighting.
