There should be a file named "bonus_maps_data.bmd" in your SAVE folder. Open it in Notepad and change all "lock" from "0" to "1". You can obviously cheat by editing this file, but it would ruin the fun. Yet, I wonder why Valve decided to save the players progress and records locally.
