Are there any? Or is there a way to make one non paintable?

Thanks. By the way, is there a right place where I can ask questions or are there only forums for that? I feel like I ask too much here

Either cover the surface with a trigger_paint_cleanser or make a custom VMT, with the keyvalue "nopaint 1". I also think there should be a thread for small problems and questions, but there isn't one yet.

Put a grating over it. That's what VALVe did to make nonpaintable surfaces in the normal campaign. Technically they're still paintable, but the player gets no effect from it.

Yeah, but then you can't go into portals via that surface.

Ehh, there are very few circumstances where this is actually a problem. I don't think it's big enough a downfall to argue against using grating

If the surface was non paintable, and you had a portal on it, wouldnt the paint go through?

Then just cover it with a paint cleanser.
