How do you open/convert .VCD files? I wanna use the conversations and stuff.

VCD files are created, opened, and edited with Faceposer, a tool inside the Source SDK. I'm not sure if it's working quite yet; people are just starting to get Hammer working for Portal 2 and it's still pretty buggy. For the record, though, if you just want the sound files (the conversation snippets), they can be found in the Portal 2 VPKs (use GCFScape to open them) under /sound/vo.
