Can somebody help me with how to make a hilly, organic land mass for a unique map idea?

Displacements.
However, note that the terrain won't hold portal or block portal shots, and players can get stuck in a portal that is placed near a terrain surface.

I know, Its for a dent in a non portal-able floor, something smashes through the ceiling and dents the ground, thanks for the info though
