Portal 2: The return

In this Minecraft map, using the iChun's PortalGun mod, you play as Chell, and as she decided to back to Aperture (after Portal 2). So, you'll need to pass trough a lot of chambers, meet GLaDOS, Wheatley, and use new devices together to the Portal Gun!

This map has 3 main ambients:

-The destroyed/abandoned chambers;
-The "Old Aperture" chambers;
-The New Chambers.

This map uses custom texture pack, and there are instructions at the .zip file.

This map is made for Minecraft 1.4.5, and uses the PortalGun mod version 1.4.4v0.1. You need forge.

You need to use the texture pack. I'm not obligating you, but try to play this:

This map has a custom history, as a sequel to Portal and Portal 2 (WARNING! SPOILER):

You decided to back to Aperture, and GLaDOS started testing with you again. But you needed to be redirected to the "Old Aperture" chambers, because "[...]you've managed to destroy the water pipes after here.". Then, you're introduced to the "Energy Rod" and to the "Teleportation Device" (in Minecraft terms, "Fishing Rod" and "Ender Pearl"). After a lot of tests, you're redirected, again, to the normal (and abandoned) chambers, after meet GLaDOS in her reconstructed old lair. In some point, GLaDOS have the idea of recycle the "Energy Rod" and the "Teleportation Device". So, she moves you to new chambers she made. After some tests, Wheatley (who previously have send pre-recorded messages for you and GLaDOS) fall on the Earth again, right in Aperture. So, GLaDOS makes him responsible to fix the destroyed chambers. After all this, you back to the Relaxation Vault, waiting for new tests.

Wow, at first I was skeptical given it's a minecraft map and not for P1/P2 but it looks like a lot of fun. Gonna install of this stuff just to test it...

No, guys. This came with the PortalGun mod. So you can grab and rotate the cubes like in Portal and Portal 2

Really? So they aren't just tile entities? That must be a big mod! I'll have to look at the source code!

I suspect the boxes are actual entities now and the rotation is just altered when you pick it up (the Portal Gun can pick up any entity like this, even blocks lol)

But the grabbed blocks don't rotate together to the Portal Gun. Also, there's a mod called QuantumCraft (Minecraft Forums topic) that have the same style of grabbing items
