It is not func_detail either?

You could also disable every other visgroup than world geometry and see if there are gaps to the void.

Also check coordinates of that prop_button (290.56 210.58 64.26) and see if there are problems.

It's not a func_detail. The prop_button is fine, as it's resting on the ground.

How would I disable/enable visgroups?

I just completely restarted the map. As the map it was for was Vertical Reach.

I know your probably already over this post, but one thing that used to make my maps do this was when the Radius Culling Mode was turned on. It's that button on the toolbar that looks like an R with a red circle around it. If your map is pretty big, and you have that enabled then it will cut off parts of your map, and when you try to compile it will say there are leaks in your perfect walls. Took me like a week to figure that out the first time it happened to me.
