Portal is refusing to connect to the Portal 2 Community, and I'm getting nothing. When I open the Steam Overlay, everything Community related says that there is zero of it. I can download maps and such, but at the same time, it won't let me play them. I also cannot publish my newest test chamber. Someone please help.
