Me and a small team of Portal 3 mod makers are looking for mods!

Requirements:

Can create cutscenes and insert images and .wav files.

Can create mods for Portal's 1 and 2

Will Valve allow this?
They do own the Portal series and the physics of it (actually, HAVOK does)

Valve will allow it for the same reason that any other mod would be allowed. Regardless of the legality, this seems kind of... bleh in my opinion, due to my apparent lack of vocabulary for a word to effectively describe this.

It's like your favorite book just came out a few months ago, and now you're looking forward to its sequel that hasn't been even remotely announced yet. And then you decide to write the sequel yourself with no prior writing experience.

Well, people already made their own version of HL2 Ep3. Why not a Portal 3?

Kingpin told me about this and although this sounds fantastic, I'm already creating a mod for TeamCitruz.
Plus the legitimacy is bugging me as you cannot even spell modders right.

I took a look at the Steam Forums link and it was offline for maintenance. What exactly is the theme for the mod going to be?

ello everyone sorry to interupt half way down but i am apart of this mod i am the music maker and the ideas desiner as well

well they will be ideas plus i thought of the opening

chell is walk in the weat field and see a broken pannel on the ground with a portal on it. she jumps in it and has a long drop down a tunnel and lands with the bots in frount of her and GLaDOS then turning around and seeing her and speaking nice to her

GLaDOS:" oh..ohhhh.. it you again...i did want you gone but now your back..you realy don't lisen do you ..well that a good thing! because i am having troblues with a rat...here come this way(stair go up to a black room) i got something to show you" chell walks up the stairs and looks around the light go out in the room and a film is shown...CCTV footage shows rattman and zooms in and then shows all his files"

and @ Volrdwann yo i am a idea guy and i do work i am trying to make maps and music and think of ideas so meh i think your speaking about some idea guys right?

Well the majority of the time the guys who just says, "OMG IM LIEK MAKING A MOD AND NEEEED PEOPLE HOO CAN DO STUFFZ... I HAS IDEAS!" will turn out with failed mods.

You should just make the wheat field fake and make glados say

i know most mod like that are failed mods but the idea can be used that or we could just rename it, plan it, add a bit more and say it again xD

Technically, Mike did, but he is part of Valve.

was only using it as a joke calm down xD
but i am going to start plaining this a bit more and write up the whole script and story line plus i will make some blueprints for maps... is anyone like to help they may so see ya later
(using hammer (need to find good tutoral) and music maker silver for most things then i will use word for script (kind of known already)
