Assuming some of the tight portal shots from the previous solution were unintended, I did it another way. Here's the demo of my solo run. Probably still unintended, as I never used the lower angled surface in the main room.

EDIT: this solution is pretty redundant. I'll make a simplified demo when I'm home

A solution to the updated version. Clean, but probably still unintended? My solo .dem is attached, along with the .bsp, which needs to be in /maps/ not /maps/workshop/ for the demo to play. Let me know

So hard to block all those unintended stuff in a Coop map...

I'm glad you like it and of course you can keep it in! I'm still very interested to see your intended solution though. My hunch from earlier versions was that it involves angled funnels. I played around with an angled funnel from the lower angled surface to reach the exit area, but successfully modified my original solutions before I had to try anything more exotic.

Coop can get pretty crazy! I definitely burned more brain cells grinding through this than any other chamber I've played in a long time. You'll have to show me what you intended... Then maybe we'll work on that coop chamber together

If you are playing around with angled funnels you are definitely on the right track. You should give it a closer look Nice to hear that you enjoyed the playing the map and of course we can work on the chamber together... I'll catch you later man, probably on monday! Cheers

I have plenty of time invested in this map, so I'll definitely go for the intended solution. But first you'll have to remove my newest solution or I won't be able to focus on your trick! It has the same opening and ending concepts with a pretty major simplification in the middle...
