Normally I'd do a joke about outside or sunshine or something, but I can't be bothered with that anymore. Get outside, it's good for you.

I seem to be the only person who believes that Lance Armstrong is innocent.

From what I hear (correct me if I'm wrong), the drug tests turned out negative but other people testified against him. If that's correct, I think that the sentence is uncalled for.

From my understanding, the USADA have said that they have lots of evidence of doping and testimonies from former team-mates, although most of the team-mates are "disgraced" team-mates, or riders who have been convicted of doping themselves. Also, the only "evidence" they have is purportedly from 09-10 period, which doesn't justify the stripping of Tour De France titles for me. I'd have to have the evidence and testimonies out in public for me to try to believe that he was doping.

It still puzzles me why Lance has allowed this to happen.

PS: In one of his books he elaborates on EPO and why it's questionable that he is accused of it. If that's too biased for you read it up on Google.

Also, the other Armstrong. The one everybody can agree without prior knowledge was pretty much the most badass Armstrong. The end of a life doesn't bring about much to talk about, but the sheer fact he was on the Moon basically makes him a more valid human being than I'll ever be.

He almost died 3 times BEFORE he went to the moon

He flew one of the craft in the first ever in-space rendezvous, and successfully aborted it when both craft started spinning at 1 revolution per second (!)

He got his pilot's license before he got his driver's license (and as such was one of the youngest pilots in his division of the Air Force)

Basically, an awesome guy all around. So sad that he's dead.

The problem with awesome old people is that they die shortly after becoming an awesome old person. We have to cherish they're limited time on this earth
