It is called Singles Awareness Day/Forever Alone Day if you did not find someone special yet/ever. But that is everyday until you do.
It is Valentines Day if you lost interest in your girlfriend/boyfriend/husband/wife/partner, and you take this day to make it less apparent that you want someone else.
It is Valentines Day if you are someone selling chocolate and/or flowers. Or huge stuffed animals that cost $100 and take up so much space, and highly flammable.
It's another day for everyone else.

My friend called it Happy Alone Day (a typo makes Happy Alove Day, not too bad), but I think it's pretty much bullshit.
