Smooth Jazz - Offering?
The name of the song is "Offering", but the OP didn't really make that clear that that was what he meant when he said it. Here's the full version of it on youtube, if you have the name of the composer and the song then you have all you need to know to get the MP3 somewhere...

Ah, thank you for the clarification.
I hate to rain on your parade, but if you want to include the MP3 or whatever file format you end up getting it in, you'd need the composer's permission first.
Also, I really seriously doubt anyone will recognize that one single piece of smooth jazz above others. Try finding something in the public domain.

That shouldn't be hard, I found the composers Youtube channel and he seems to be active, and a good guy.

I would, and I can assure you that others will too. This is actually for my mod Portal 1.5, for the clean version of chamber 04.
