This map is 92 megabytes in size. Some people have reported that the Workshop only downloads 75 megabytes and says it's complete, forcing them to relaunch Steam before it would download the remaining 17 megabytes. I was able to download the full map into my Workshop queue, but please let me know if you encounter any problems.
