Not sure what the enhanced tractor beam was for as I didn't need it to finish the map.
hmm... if you don't mind could you post a video or something of how you solved it. I had let the other parts have a few ways to solve it but I thought I had nailed getting to the exit down.
I used the repulsion gel to bounce off the angled panel, off the floor, and to the exit.
Well I hope you guys at least enjoyed the map.

||This map looked like something I would produce as a mock-up chamber to test an element, rather than a polished chamber I would release for a competition - otherwords it looked rushed and it's an: "i'll texture each of these walls a different texture" attitude.
The puzzle was way too easy to be any good, plus I think I skipped a whole area of the puzzle because I used the angled panels to jump at some speed gel which got me to the exit.
The best thing you did was add in the GLaDOS lines to add a bit of ambience and humour. Other than that, pretty average / under average map.||
I always bounced straight off of the angled panels, so I gave up on the slanted bouncing to the exit (which was my first idea as well). I decided the tractor beam wasn't there for no reason. I did have the blue paint ready on the floor for the slanted bounce. Then I got up in the beam, using the beam, and I quickly placed a portal on the wall so I'd have the beam in two directions next to each other. I got into the beam in the direction towards the exit (the original omitted beam), and got out quickly, to bounce towards the exit
Just make sure you can't have bounce gel on the floor under the exit. You can simply remove those portable surfaces on that wall, have a glass floor, grating with goo under it etc.
