Why in the world do you want TF2 props in Portal 2? Sure it could be done, but it don't make sense to me why.

Uhm, why does everyone always question model switching? Maybe he wants to do a crossover.

Copy model, paste model.
Copy model materials, paste model materials.
Open Hammer and put custom models in.
Compile.
Pack the custom models into .bsp

EDIT: TF2 Models will definitely not suit Portal 2's theme. TF2 is very cartoony.

Especially if you are thinking the rocks? Or the ammo/health packs?

also: You are including another games materials in a different game. You are then uploading this game for people to access who may not own the game. Now granted, in this case, TF2 is now free-to-play, but you may (or otherwise) have issue with the legality of that. I'm not sure you are allowed to distribute the actual "contents" of the game (maps themselves are basically just references to materials you already own by buying the game). And in order to include those props, and what not, you'd have to include them for download?
