This is the 2010 base, but not ducked up like Swarm is. It should allow you to have Portal mods on Linux and OSX. It also has cloth physics (but not for Portal).

The sdk itself won't do anything to make Portal mods work x-platform. I'll write up a post later on fixing that up.
