You can upload your mod to the downloads section. Make sure to Zip and include instructions how to install on your description page.
If it is a portal 1 mod: release to the Portal Maps and Files section.
Portal 2 files go in Portal 2 Maps and Files
If it is a portal 1 mod: release to the Portal Maps and Files section.
Portal 2 files go in Portal 2 Maps and Files
