Installation instructions would be nice. Do I only need the map's .bsp-file? What do I do with the tga- and bns-files?

Presumably it's a Portal map, based on when it was released. BNZ means a BoNus map Zip file, which when installed adds it to the Bonus Maps screen. They removed that in Portal 2, but it was really convenient in P1.
