Your best so far in my opinion. Enjoyed it even though I got stuck for a couple of hours.

You are the master of hard laser puzzles. I spent a couple hours on it and just can't figure out the solution. Maybe it will come with time or someone will post help... Thanks for creating again...

I can't seem to find the solution because when I stand on the button for the laser to hit the box and then to hit the laser thing so the emancipation grid covering the part of the area so I can get the other cube, when I get off the laser disappears. I've been stuck on this for awhile and I've tried literally every idea that came into mind, nothing. I kind of need a big spoiler. This was me for 3 hours: Then:

Indeed, this is hard as hell.
Couldn't find a solution after 2 hours of gameplay.
Managed to get one of the redirection cubes to that section of the level where you can press a button do drop a regular cube. Although it didn't seem to help at all. Have no idea of the solution.

I begin to believe that there is no solution!

Gosh, I just keep frying my head with this one. I guess I'll need spoilers for the very first time.
This map is frustrating.

This is my second time I needed a spoiler. Other one is "Seven Gates." [*]Please! Someone post a spoiler!!! I've been thinking about how to do this for the past 6 hours and I STILL have no idea how to just get the second laser cube!!!

JESUS FUCKING CHRIST! I finally did it!

Not sure if I beaten the intended way. Surely unconventional, but I've beaten it nonetheless.

By far, the most difficult map I ever played. It would have been 5/5 if it weren't for the frustration.
4/5

You can carry the cube and redirect it while walking.
But I don't know how to get a cube to the other side of the chamber. I'm able to get it into the funnel, but that doesn't seem to help.
Nevertheless, it's a great map.

Ok, I FINALLY got the cube out of the part of the room. BUT HOW DO I GET THE STINKING CUBE TO THE OTHER SIDE OF THE MAP?!?!?!

I loved this! So much better than 7 gates. It took me an hour and a half, but I beat it. I'm pretty sure I did it as intended too.

I have a video of the solution, but I won't post it unless you're okay with that jonatan.

I've spent quite a lot of time on this map and I'm pretty stumped. Would also like to know the solution.

Go ahead. Looking forward to see it. I will post my intended solution as well.

Here's a video of how I solved it. Of course, don't watch it if you don't want the solution spoiled:

Yep, that's pretty much what I had in mind, except for a variation in one of the steps (see video). Could not find a really good way to force this alternate, more complicated solution though. I probably will leave it as it is.

Edit: In version 1.1 the solution need minor modifications. See post below for adjustment of solution.

So tricky! I got massively sidetracked unfortunately. I was able to get the two cubes together in the timer room exactly as you did, then you can stack one of them on top of the other and leaning against the portal wall then from the starting area you can portal so one of the cubes falls through to just underneath the exit. However this must be the solid cube, so you can recover the reflector by pushing it out of the timer room. From here you can bring the solid cube back into the room and throw it onto the third button area and you end up in a complete dead end. So near and yet so far!

Oh, my, this was extremely difficult playing with a controller! My F7 key is bruised and battered. A few more seconds on the fizzler button would have made this almost manageable.
This is another shining example of what a fantastic puzzle maker you are. I liked it better than Seven Gates, because even though it requires some "tricks", none were as touchy to set up, and the layout of the room helped me find them. I liked it better than Enigma, because it needed no super ninja skills like cube tossing or aiming and shooting while flying (which are nearly impossible for me.)
I'm glad that you make maps that are challenging for the most skillful players. I'm even happier when that challenge is within reach of a controller. I'm happiest when you make maps that challenge the mind. You've nailed it this time.

I said before that you are a genius. I was wrong; you're a prodigy. 5/5

I'm playing custom maps and record my first time of playing them. So the run is not perfect and may not use only intended ways, but maybe it can let you see how other people may understand the map or you could just enjoy someone playing this map for entertainment.
Anyways, here is the recording:

Just finished it! I deviated from the book solution when transporting the solid cube in the mid game, but other than that it was straight forward. Nice clean solution without any of the evilness of seven gates keep it up buddy. Just saw your new one Beamchain, time to get busy! Then the coop Complexo... Any other jonatan vets who haven't done the coop interested in tackling it with me?

Edit: I could of course move the bridge receptor a bit to the left to the wall below the glass facing the exit so that a laser from any of the buttons can't reach it... Or position the buttons to the left below the cube dropper. Something to consider.

I noticed you DID change the map to force your solution. I am guessing you will be sadistically happy to know it does make a big difference, as it took me an hour or so more to find it (had everything figured out, which took me long enough already, except that specific step of redirecting the laser through the cube on the ligthbridge before destroying the normal cube. As a result I was unable to nring back the new nromal cube to the other side. For me this was the hardest part in an already hard series of steps, so you got what you wanted!

This was an awesome map, however I'm saying this only because I did manage to solve it, otherwise I would probably damn you to hell . But I enjoyed the fact that it is hard to figure out, but not too hard to execute once you do, except perhaps the sequence of moving the cube with the funnel. A slightly more generous timer would help there, but perhaps you don't want to change that.

The map has been changed with v1.1 - both buttons have been moved off to the left - blocking your ability to hit the laser sensor on the other side directly. You no longer can get back across after moving the one laser cube into the far room and coming back over.

All of the Video solutions, including jonaton's require this. It does seem that there comes a point when hard as hell is hard enough.

I did find a way to activate the bridge by using the far laser cube with a very tricky placement in the corner and aiming the main cube towards that cube. However, the 14-second timer was just too short for me to get back, move the cube to turn on the beam, and then get the laser cube past the fizzler. If that timer was 16 secs I would have made it.

Honestly - I spent 2 days on Enigma, only to have newer and then newer versions appear . . . then 8 hours yesterday on 7 gates (to no avail), and then hours on this only to find that the video solutions no longer apply . . . so it has been frustrating, but quite a challenge.

NOTE: I do love Quadro, and saved that one in my "Best Maps" folder. It is the only one I solved by myself with no clues.

Addendum - I will replay this map using the tips offered below. I hope to finally solve it !!

PCDoc, my video solution still holds with some minor adjustments:

At 0:41: Place one cube on laserbutton the other one redirect laser to bridge receptor. (Don't bother pushing open the panel at this point.)

At 0:52: Shoot a portal in the left room instead. Go in it and redirect laser to open fizzler to get out cube. You are now at the position of the video solution.

At 2:15: Notice how I get to the bridge receptor. This still works in the new version.

At 2:59: Use the relay instead of the cube to get some extra height.

Jonatan this test is AMAZING. I played majority of your maps and this is the best from your work so far (though Complexo, Seven Gates are also epic). Spent couple of hours but this was great time. Relatively small room and seemingly impossible task. I think that moving the buttons has made it even better. I wouldn`t change a single thing in this creation. You are a genious !!!!
