Description
-!- NOT A PUZZLE. -!- This is a coop ride. I've played some fun faithplate coasters made in the PTI editor and thought it would be fun to have a coop one to ride with your friends. So here it is, enjoy it for what it is, the duel track layout made it shorter then the single player versions could be, but I still think its worth it. Notes: To start the ride both players need to stand on the faith plates at the same time and stop moving to start the countdown. Its very specific because the timing is required. Also, the faith plates don't activate until Cave Johnson is finished speaking. Once you have started the countdown DO NOT USE YOUR KEYBOARD MOVEMNT KEYS (WASD). You may look around all you like, use the mouse, and fire portals. We had some fun playing this map - I loved the long bounces off the faith plates - we flew around making gestures - and each other laugh - I liked it - wish it was longer.
Thanks for making!
Glad you enjoyed it, I was hoping being coop was going to make this ride more unique then the standard coaster.
Not very challenging but a relaxing map after some more challenging puzzles. We played this map after playing 4 other coop maps and it was a nice chill-down after all the puzzles in the other maps.
Let's call this map an adventure instead of a puzzle

Heh, I thought putting "NOT A PUZZLE" in the first line would have been obvious enough
. The only challenging part of the map is getting the first faith plates to launch, they are picky.
Also, I'm glad to see there are some people that can still enjoy things for what they are.

I must admit that I actually never read descriptions before I download and play a map. Sometimes this leads to trouble, but usually it's the fastest way to solve science

I used to be the same way, then curiosity got the best of me, now I have to read the descriptions. Maybe I should put it in the preview image
Btw, the quote in your signature describes the map pretty well, and now I know why you enjoyed it haha.

Why is it the only coop maps that get uploaded are either not puzzles (race maps, this, etc.) or really poorly executed.
Well, I've been trying to focus my maps on Coop and this is the first one I released that is not a puzzle. I had it lying around and figured its been a while sense I put a coop map up and hardly anything else is going up, I might as well.
I feel like PTI not supporting Coop is hurting this section. In the rate of maps uploaded and even in the amount of people viewing/downloading maps from this section. Although, that could just be from the drop in quality of coop maps recently, which I still think is due to the PTI editor in general.
Not that I'm a hater of the PTI editor all the much, I just think it has created a horrible imbalance. Somewhat killing the motivation to work on a coop map if everybody is stuck in singleplayer right now.
Hell, I came here with the idea of only creating coop maps. Thats how much I love them, and now it feels dead in the section. Not that I've been around for that long, but it seemed more active when I was first releasing stuff.
[EDIT]
I just looked at the Released PTI map section in comparison to the Released Coop section, and in the few months its been out its almost got 3x as many maps. I suppose thats expected, but it still makes me a sad panda.
