This is what I've been working on instead of polishing NYS-5. Feedback is much appreciated.

If it is enjoyed, I might extend it into a series of co-op maps with the same theme.

I haven't played it, but if you used that synthesised speech in place of GLaDOS dialogue, then all of my votes to you.

No. But I might later.

If you got to the co-op doors on the upper level, you finished the level. Do not panic.

Update: The doors are now fixed. Apologies to everyone who got stuck at them.

I don't want to spoil the solution just yet, I'm hoping that others will be able to discover it first.

Before you ask, there are no hidden objects, hidden buttons or false walls.

TODAY'S UPDATE:
-Added music that changes as you solve the map.

Has anyone actually solved this?

Nyskrte, you've done it again!

My brother and I just finished this beauty. It took us about 2 1/2 hours to figure it out.

We loved the unique look, it reminded us of 2001: A Space Odyssey.
We loved the puzzle, but one thing we did to solve it seemed like an exploit:
Is this right?
We had to stand on the outside edge of the fizzler on the side with the laser cube dropper to shoot portals to bring the second player over.
We were thankful for the fact that although we died a lot, the resets weren't too time consuming. However, we were unpleasantly surprised by the hole in the floor next to the button for the ex fu.
We also appreciated that the timing puzzles weren't too tight (by comparison to NYS-5 series), since we play with controllers, which makes rapid aiming difficult and makes us run like drunken sailors.

My (KennKong) only complaint is about the lighting in a few spots. There were some really dark corners in there, I had to turn my brightness way up to see where I was going.

An easy 5/5 from us.

I'm happy that you enjoyed it! Judging by how quickly you solved everything up to that last puzzle, I take it you and your co-operative partner are quite experienced.

The lighting I'll look into, this map is still slacking on the visuals and I aim to improve on them. As for your solution that seemed like an exploit, it's intended. There is another way to do it without using that, but you'd struggle to do so with controllers.

My question to everyone is, do you like this theme, and do you want to see more of this?

Having watched Pinlegs walkthrough, I can see that we didn't take nearly as much advantage of the low gravity. We used the lightbridge to cross the gap, and never thought that we could jump out of that portal on the side back to the landing.

Your humility is admirable, but of course I want to see more of this. A whole lot more. I might still be playing Portal ten years from now if I have new levels like this to play. The "Portal: The Next Generation" look is a refreshing change from the original game styled ones.

We try to play all the coop maps but this is the first WALKTHROUGH video we tried because we liked the map so much, as I said " WALKTHROUGH " , we had already spent a couple of hours to figure it out and complete it once before. So as you can see we are very experienced but still useless lol.
We absolutely loved the theme, more please, Thanks again

Me and PyroPope just played your map. We've played every map on this site and all we can say is...Kudos. Kudos to you. It only took us 25 min....but that's a really long time for us. Best map we've played. Every part of this map was used multiple times. Very well designed. I made this account just to tell you that.

I'll keep trying to up the ante and provide more challenging puzzles. I already have another co-operative map in the works. Also, if you haven't, take on my single-player mappack. It needs love.

Today's Update:
-Made the final last 'jump' less annoying.
-Added a visual clue to the last puzzle.
-Made it prettier and added in a fail buzzer (my favourite sound).

Today's Update:
-Addressed the darkness, let me know if you are stumbling around in the dark anymore.
-Moved a vat of acid slightly to one side to prevent accidental swimming accidents.

I've played it (the October 31st version, I think):

qpiqQdpDKgU

The only real complaint I have is the amount of time it takes to reset everything if something goes wrong. Because you need to get to one side to get to the other, it's a bit of a pain when someone accidentally falls into that water next to the button (what you most recently updated?) and you have to do everything again.

Correct, the most recent version addresses this issue. The water is only there to act as a reset when you mess up, not as a cheap hazard which is barely visible on some graphics cards. I was greatly impressed by your usage of the light bridge, not many co-operative teams think of that.
What it looks like now:

As requested I played your single-player map pack and loved it. Well done again. I pray that you hurry up and finish that co-op you're working on.

Construction of Orb Facility part 2 is underway, more information and beta screenshots coming next week. It would have been available sooner however Skyrim and my birthday have accumulated in a delay.

AWESOME NYS!!!

I will have to take YOU for playing coop and try your maps, man! It's difficult to find any stable mate lately!

Keep it up!

Great map! Though cube+laser+portal was very very buggy.
Took us about 30? minutes?

When you fail to place the correct portal it gets a bit annoying though, since you have to backtrack half of the puzzle.

4/5, great!
Keep up the good work, I can't wait for part two!

I approve of this. This buggy laser behavior took us the most time in this map.

Amazing map it took us more then 2 hours but it was such a quality time. I haven`t played in your last coop release but will try it shortly as this was epic. Absolutely fantastic design and atmosphere, gravitation and puzzles all exceptional. Number one for me as it goes for coop maps. Many, many thanks !!!!

Great Map!! My friend and I played (CO-OP) Impetuosity first and had such a blast with it that we tried this one out. I must say that it was tons of fun! I can't wait till your next map comes out!

Thanks Again!

1.06:
-Optimized the map some more, reducing file size and increasing framerates.
-The map will now load into Impetuosity upon completion, if it can not find the map, it will default to the lobby instead.
-Added a few indicators, then moved a portalable surface to make the last step easier to discover and execute.
-Fizzlers/Laserfields now have their extend and retract animations, I will be applying this change to my other maps over time.
-Added several light sources to remove dark areas and draw attention to certain areas.
