Challenge versions for the Advanced maps

These files add challenge versions for each of the advanced maps for Portal

I have changed the gold requirements for a few chambers, as the values for the normal chambers was impossible for these maps... (chamber 13 seems high... but the best i could get was 8, but i think 7 is possible which is why i put it as gold...)
I have also made a little icon for it...

Instructions:
- Extract contents of zip file to C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\\portal\portal
a folder called scripts should appear...

a new icon will appear next to challenges and advanced maps in the bonus maps menu...
