maybe no if thats not the answer people just dont kno whats wrong. just wait and someone will answer (i would but im a noob at fixing maps i usally ask doomsday192 to help me )

I think I had the same problem. I fixed it by making big chunks of the map a group. Then copy the group into a new, empty map and paste all the groups together. In my case it somhow just worked again, if not, you'll probably find where your error is.

It worked... I just copied the entire map and pasted it a new project. WTF, why would that fix it>?! O well, it did. Thanks, and expect to hear more problems from me in the future!

That's not actually that uncommon, there can be errors that arise in the VMF file strucutre, and copying everything to a new map makes Hammer rebuild the file, basically.
