Hah.

Also, gotta love the architecture in that chamber. Not only is the giant shadow logo insanely awesome, the floorwoork and curved feel of the whole room is fantastically good looking.

You can clearly see that Valve payed a lot more attention to level design, with all those meandering tubes and other things surrounding the navigable area of the maps. It feels much more like a big, living facility that way.

I agree completely, also things seem to have purpose, in the first game those pistons that were everywhere only served the purpose of crushing you...

also HMW, I just finished "Try Anything Twice", and I have to say it's my favorite map yet, but I want to know if I solved the ball area correctly, are you supposed to fling yourself to the exit the second time, when the chamber turns? it's the only way I could find to finish that area...

That's the intended solution. (Some people have found ninja solutions which don't involve flinging, but those are harder.)
