We could get DustyOldRoses to do some glados lines for us, perhaps.
Someone up for script writing, animation, or video editing?

Van has an amazing voice, maybe we can ask him? (Van! show up in the topic NOAW!)
EDIT: @p0p, I could come up with a script, maybe, just need a general idea of what we need to say.

As I suggested in the steam group chat, it would be downright awesome to have a Bendy animation that plays when switching between Homepage/Blog/Forums/Wiki.

My GLaDOS impression don't work as well on this side of puberty.
Also, who the hell is going to animate it? I can, but I'm not sure how well it will come out since Valve most likely uses models for animation, not Flash. I could get it to be close to the "Portal is Free" trailer, but nothing I can really promise.

That was the point in my post
I've been familiarizing myself with Maya, but I'm nowhere close to good enough to animate something like that. And I doubt I could become so in a couple weeks while also running the site and creating maps.

I'd like to try my hand at writing.
First of all, what character? GLaDOS, Cave, Wheatley, someone new? It's easier to write a script when you know what character to write in.

Multiple people have suggested to me that we have a new personality core who's the forum mascot.
I could voice act but not until June. And anyway, my voice is kinda boring

Rattmann? Camera? Plenty of opportunities. Investment opportunities.
Give it (whatever "it" may yet be) a monocle and ask TB to voice it.
Create a third co-op bot and make it act all rejected and stuff.
Make two things, let them fail at games and ask Simon and Lewis to voice them.
Speaking of Swedish stuff, how about a culinary core? I know that's a little close to the one with the recipe from P1 (was that logic or insanity), but there you go.
What if the site mascot starts out as a single core but get progressively bigger as the site does - assuming it does.
Or, I could sleep and hope I make more sense in the morning.
Or how about something more possible and less resource demanding?
Like "clipart" of a core that has a speech bubble. It can be the new Clippy.
Also, when a quote is inside a quote, you should make it "collapsed" with an expand button.

Since we're a mapping site, why not do what we're best at?
We create an ad hoc tour map. We introduce the core character, and have him guide you around the "site." (an in-map imagining of it, maybe with random other cores as us)

Ooooooooooooooooh, I like that idea.
That requires that we finish up the site, of course (that or it's a periodically updated map with more doors unlocked or something).
As for the state of the site, I started messing with mySQL and PHP again today to create the map uploading form. Turns out my skills are either rusty or nonexistant, but anyway, I think I know what I need to do, so it's just a matter of figuring out how to do it.
