Actually, is there any part of skin that would be flat enough to portal? Maybe If you got a really fat person, stretch out a part of their skin, covered them in white gel and then try to portal it.

I have been thinking a lot about this over the previous couple of days and don't get me wrong; I don't often daydream about genitalia, but when the portal closes, due to the effects of the emancipation grid, wouldn't the 'object' be pushed out just as a full size human would. I believe this to be a fail safe implemented by Aperture to prevent such injuries. The push effect is probably created by a thin force field generated inside the portal(s) when they are (re)moved.
