Wow coming into a piracy thread - which has +'s around it for some reason, and all it is is a thread about garys mod.

It was related, even though it was getting a little off topic. But like ArttyIntel said, read the first page.

Um I did. Just asking, instead of talking about gmod in a piracy thread (which leads to speculation) why not make a gmod thread. Just sayin'

Nice graph Hober. I guess pirates hate hot weather.

Said graph only covers sea-borne pirates. but not all the other forms:
internet pirates, butt pirates, movie pirates, etc.

I just hate to see that when small game companies like Valve, and many others, work hard on releasing an absolute cracker of a game...one that has alot of replay value. Only to find a week later that someone has cracked it, to distribute it for free.

It's also just the people who are like 'I love the game, and I have been playing it for ages'...so...why not just buy the game to be able to fully play it? As these companies do deserve the money for the games that they release.

Even though I am a student at university, meaning I don't usually have a lot of spare cash floating around. I always saved up and bought the game, no matter how badly I wanted to play it. Which is why I only got Portal 2 like 2 months ago.
