I'd love to have some feedback on this one. You can't see much but it's an office/workplace for the employees at aperture. Ignore the boxes outside x)

Looking okay so far. However, the lighting looks bland and uninteresting. Because of that, the room doesn't really have a clear focus. Once you put objects outside the windows, I would recommend that you mix up the lighting by maybe placing a warm/cool colored projected texture behind the windows to create some interesting lighting/shadows in the hallway. Some warm highlights on the red carpet could help too. If you're going for a more abandoned feeling, I would go with a cooler color scheme, (with fog to match), and small warm highlights in potential places of interest.
Also, if you aren't already, I would place in some global ents. It may take a while to find an ent setting that looks the way you want it... But if you can use one properly it will automatically make the map look a lot better by improving the hdr tonemap/fog settings.
TL;TR: Make the lighting moar interesting and the focus moar clear. ![]()

The lighting has always been tricky for me. I never seem to get it right. This map isn't finished by a long shot of course, but you catch my drift...
What does the global entities do exactly and how do I use them properly? A link would be nice

Here's a quick youtube tutorial I found which shows you how to use global ents.

As far as getting your lighting to look good... getting good at it just took a lot of patience and some experimentation.(At least, for me it did.) It helps to collapse valve instances and see how they did it too. Fog always helps with lighting too, because it helps carry the light around larger areas.

This is something what I did long time ago with panels, they waves.
That looked awesome
Are you planning on putting into one of your maps
Edit: No .bsp either, so no decompiling
This is WIP for the bonus map. Rather than to follow the "broken test room style" We've developed or own "geth' ish style mixed with a bit of TRON
THE CORE RELOADED progress report,
Also, here is some pics I just took from finished map, including to my (+Stimich) mod.

Offsite link to an .exe that I am pretty sure is malware. I'm waiting for an explanation via PM. If it gets posted again before I get said explanation, a ban will be issued.
I got this idea from a comic my friend sent me awhile back.

We've all been there.

Looking good! I do feel like you could do more with the lighting, though. Most destroyed maps are warmer, with stark lighting. But I definitely like the rest.
