I think they're also in the base Source SDK.
EDIT: They are. Check in source materials.gcf, in the path Almeida gave.

One linked_portal_door can't find the other, and neither can the console find it.

You should only need to put the other door's name in the property "Linked partner" and make sure you also made both of them with the same height and width as well. On the other hand, this is not the correct thread to post an issue in mapping (since this is a collection of general P2AT bugs), create a new topic for it after you searched and checked there is none already
