Can any of you tell me where can I find those models of glass borders before I ragequit? I've been looking for them forever, but I can't figure out where are they...

Just looking for a frame or borders I can put my glass in.

Use a prop_static entity, and for the model name, just search "frame". There are some for all different sizers (128128, 64128, 192*128, etc.) Some in game were also made via brush work using the plastic textures I beleive. If you do this though, remember to make both the glass and frames func_details to help optimize visleafs.

Hope that helps you out

Either do what Tmast58 said or use the PTI frame models. (Corner model and sides).

You can also use func_detail brushes textured with "plastic/plasticwall004A". I like centering the line in this texture. Clip the corners diagonally so that the line makes a nice corner.

Maybe, but you should understand this isn't meant to be like this, (because of people who don't know what to do with their life except for insulting everyone and being a pessimist) and this is not a joking thread, right?

There's also smaller, single sides under the same file path/name, if you don't want a 'frame collage' look.

Man, don't do that... you don't know him, that's provoking him  Here, every user has his personality. Iwork is how he is, don't mess with that... let's just accept it. If someone seems to be fighting you and you think it's a provocation for you and the comment is not intended to be helpful or as you wish it would, just let it go. Let's not start battles.

Yes maybe it can be sometimes annoying, but youre not the only person who get sometimes 'provoking' comments. I (for example) laugh at these kind of comments (in a positive way), as long as there are no insults

He just called me an idiot for the !number time. It isn't part of his personality and it shouldn't be. The bad habit of using filthy language seems to be acceptable here? If the answer is "yes", there is a serious problem here.

I wouldn't say his language is "filthy", but unfortunately it does seem to be acceptable here. And you're correct about the second part, remember what happened to Alexander Bell? I don't want to bring back the old argument, and I think the way the community is run is effective, but I wouldn't say it's optimal.

well lovely folks; the topic went completely off-topic and a bit of offensive language here and there; time to lock this thingy!
