Compile not successful? No .prt?
Posted Nov 23, 2013
OK, so I made a new map in Hammer and upon trying to compile it, Hammer said "Could not load "map.prt"... Any help on this?

Map -> Load Pointfile.
Now you should see where the leak in your map is.

Entity leak means that (most of the time) the light can somewhere touch the void.
And if you klick on Load Pointfile, a red line appears and shows you wheres the leak.
