Okey here are some ways:
Go to controler settings and choose the sccnd option. YOURE NOT DONE YET!
Set even the settings to lecay!
WARRING THIS WAY WONT WORK THE ACTIONS LIKE WAVE OR OTHER THINGS! ^^^^^^^

If you want that the actions do work. is there an other way.
Download this:

Set the .EXE to: <<Program Files (x86)\steam\SteamApps\common\Portal 2
Run it
(BE SURE THAT YOURE CONTROLERS WERE PLUGGED IN!)
You can set up evry thing there. after that. it have made: xinput1_3.dll
COPY IT TO THE BIN FOLDER!
