OldProblem
Okay, I went to compile my map like normal. It started flooding with yellow errors. The only words I can catch were BSP, <material>, solid, and there was something else, there were also a bunch of random numbers. It stopped as I was beginning to write this, and now I can't run it in Portal 2. What is this about?
New problem on bottom of page.

Could you post the actual error message? "There was something else, there were also a bunch of random numbers" is not helpful.

This is obviously your first error, so I imagine it's a leak.

First, it isn't my first error. Second, this is the last screen of errors without scrolling up
(warning, is somewhat long)

There's a huge list here of all the compile errors that can occur. This message means that something's messed up with brushes at those coordinates. You could try looking around that area or checking for map problems (alt-P) to see if there are invalid brushes.

It looks like you copied a bad brush... multiple times.

I think that's the end of the error text for a leak, but I'm not sure.

I think i might just restart making the map from scratch, there was too many errors.

Okay, so now I am on the new map I made from scratch, it compiled without errors, but now the game crashed when i try to load it

Maybe...
Maybe it is because I have an info_paint_sprayer in the map, and I have no option for paint in map under map properties. Literally.

That shouldn't be a problem. The gel just doesn't colour anything. Did you use areaportals in your map?

What does the crash say, if anything. Are there any errors in the console? Maybe it's because your light maps are too small, or you have too many named/FX lights on a surface. (You can have 4 at the most.)

Clarification: you can have four lightmaps, which means two named lights.
