Help or hinderance - if only that button could make up its mind.

A tiny PTI/WIP map of easy/medium difficulty.

Note that the map is complete except for elevators.
Unfortunately I'm getting an error when trying to publish this, and I'm too lazy to add elevators, so I'll just release this as a WIP.

Put the bsp file in SteamApps\common\portal 2\portal2\maps, and type "map ca_ver1" in the in-game console to play.

I'm not sure I solved this correctly, because it was too easy once I thought of it. I put one cube on the first button, then portal on the floor under the other cube's dropper and the other portal next to the other button. Pressed the dropper button, ran past the first fizzler, and when the cube dropped on the button, I was done.

Good to see you back, man! I'll give this a shot as soon as possible.

Edit: my solution was similar to Roger's, except i put a portal above the second button, dropped it through a portal next to the fizzler, walked through before it hits

I should've paid more attention to unintended solns, guess my already limited mapping skills are quite rusty now.

I've updated the map to make some of the surfaces unportalable.

Well, I found another solution, but I'm still not sure if it is intended. What I did was place a portal next to the button and place a cube through the portal leaning against but not activating the button. Go inside the first fizzler, then shoot a portal on the ceiling, which knocks the cube onto the button. Finish as before.

@RogerL: That's not intended, I've updated the map again. Should've playtested more...

Hey Xtreger, just got back from vacation and tried the new version. Used a similar method to my first run. A little trial and error and you can get the respawn to put the cube on the button using the surfaces above it.
