These 2 entities look the same... Whats the difference?

When I look at the descriptions for env_portal_path_track and Path_Track, it shows the same thing. I've had trouble in the past getting objects on a path to turn. Would knowing the difference help with that?

AFAIK there's no real difference, the Portal one just has the lightrail effect built in.
