Custom Instance Textures Misaligned?
The title states all. My custom textures in my custom instance are misaligned. If someone asks, I will give the textures and instance, but DO NOT USE THEM, they're reserved for something I am making May or May Not be a Map! DUN DUN DUNNNNNNNNNN!!!!

I've included the textures and instances anyway.

However, the texture you show in that screenshot ("scary_light_cracked") is 128x128 pixels, but you are trying to use it for a 128x128 *hammer units* panel, but that is not the default proportion. 128 hammer units are 512 pixels in "real life". Try to make your texture the size you really need it.
Also, you are using the 'noportal' parameter wrongly:
Wrong = $noportal 1
Correct = "%noportal" 1
