Good Luck.
I dunno, but you're new to the forums, you haven't shown anything of your previous work, you haven't given any indication of what the mod is about so please explain why we would want to team up with you!
Big mods can take a long long time to develop, the mod I'm currently working on Portal Stories and after three years it's still not done. Mods can be a huge investment of time, so knowing a bit before starting is pretty vital.

The playground is for testing
If you want to create a mod, you need to have made some maps yourself before you team up. I can make a playground in a few seconds, and that doesn't show anything about the mod. Neither does the main menu.
You posted the exact same map two weeks prior, the only thing that seems to have changed is a background image. Here at twp we all know what a playground map is, and tbh yours doesn't really seem like it's actually useful for testing anything.
Let me show you a picture of a testing map:

Here we have:
- a skybox
- a game_text from an instance with fixup text
- a test with a projected texture on a grating and a turret
- a test for a model
- a showcase of various light brighnesses and their effect on differently textured rooms
- a test for a decal scale.
A room with just a bunch of turrets and a portal gun is not interesting to test stuff.
But yes, before asking people to join your team you should probably show them something you've made before that convinces them to team up with you!
If you were offered a contract from a shoe maker who won't tell you about their business, and there is absolutely no evidence of their credibility as a shoe maker, or even that they make shoes, would you take it? Of course not. You'd have no idea what you're getting into.
That is what this is like. You need to give people a reason to join you. Let them know that what they'll be joining is a worthwhile project.

It doesn't work like that. You need a "demo reel" or no one will ever have any interest in helping you out.

Don't you start; You're still trying to recruit people over here.
