Particle Explosion showing in the wrong place
I have an explosion set up that uses the following particle systems
br_explosion_fluid_1
br_explosion_fluid_fingers
br_explosion_fluid_fingers_sml
br_explosion_fluid_smoke_dark_1
They are all given the same name and told to Start, sometimes it works perfect and looks like this

Then if you restart the map, Load a quicksave or quit the game and just start the map up, sometimes it does not work, it just seems to explode randomly, nowhere near its info_particle_system, like this

I have tried the following:
-Giving them all their own names
-Giving them control points
No luck, sometimes it works perfect, sometimes it doesn't, any help is appreciated.
I have noticed even in the particle browser sometimes the explosion doesn't work correctly if you keep watching it explode, so maybe the particle system just sucks, im swapping to using just br_explosion_fluid_smoke_dark_1
which is just a standard explosion, boring but seems to work

Maybe you could try decompiling the movie trailer map and find where the particles were used to see how Valve used them.
The problem seems to be with the particle effect itself, Even in the particle browser it messes up some times!
