p2map_publish won't work
Best thing is to try again later. If it still doesn't work, make sure that your antivirus doesn't run p2map_publish in a sandbox or something.

Make sure that your firewall doesn't block any of the steam services.
Make sure that you are logged to steam propely (not offline mode).
Make sure that your map doesn't have "3" in it or gaben will eat you,

Yup. And a @relay_pti_level_end relay triggered at the end.
EDIT: Tried to put it without using instances. Still nothing.

Definitely not (unless youre refering to some kind of limitation for me only). There are much bigger maps outa there.
