Water bottom_material

I search a water where the player can dive
Josepezdj has a lot of water texture, but without functional bottom_material

I've seen that the toxicslime002a_beneath is the only one which is correct, but changing the fog color or refracting is ineffective

Anyone would have a solution to it ?

I made my own water from stratch for my outdoor NoMoneyFor Chambers2, with all the fancy reflection and refraction and for underwater diving (fog) but it does not have a cheap version (loks bad if viewed from far away) and to not get displayed buggy, only works if Shader detail is High or very high in the advanced video settings, so I might tweak it more later. with medium sharers the skybox reflection is too white, there are buggy white reflections and even indoor it has weird reflections. Maybe someone can help changing it so it works on low detail mode too.

files must be at: materials/liquids/

I added some comment to the .vmt to explain what does what

Heh, as I already told you by e-mail, that water material you grabbed from a post of mine here on TWP was specifically made for the func_water_analog entity, and it's the only water material I've got without a beneath material... I simply didn't really spend much time on it since I never used it in any map for any purpose...

@Damagepy
Oh! Good job DamaGepy
but I forgot to mention that I was looking, more precisely, a moving water with the same underwater effects as yours (and func_water analog entity not seems to work with it !)
I've not found that in this forum, is this possible to do ?

@Josepezdj
Same question for you Jose
And sorry, I've seen your email after your post here

Another question:
How to avoid 3D skybox reflection with this water ?
