Hi and Textures
First off let me show you what Ive done so far.
THIS WAS ONCE THOUGHT TO BE IMPOSSIBLE, BUT WITH PORTALS, THE IMPOSSIBLE IS EASY
Tell me what you think of my work, here is the video of the spiral portals back in 2006 http://youtube.com/watch?v=Z6lsP68zpW0
Here are my Spiral Portals I finally made after hours of work, Orange Spiral Portal

and here is the blue spiral Portal

Oh and I do lots of texturing on lots of things ingame, Im not a mapper or a modeler but I plan on learning.
So here is some more of my work, Now if you mess with the noise blur on the Portals you can get some crazy and awesome Portal effects.

I make all my skins on my own
Here are my turrets

This is an older screenshot of my Portals

So what do you guys think of the stuff i do, oh yeah and HELLO
What you have here looks quite impressive, but you may find the folks around here like to be able to play with things instead of just looking at screenshots. I would encourage you release your work over on our download database (DLDB, for short). If you're worried about getting credit, license it under Creative Commons.
I don't think there's much of a precedent for such a thing (most people around here don't mind if others use their work), but if you or anyone else would like to, er, write the book on it, there's plenty of wiki space.
And speaking of the wiki: for all the things that you can't really "release", we have a wiki for posting tutorials and information. This is for things that are more about ways to tweak something, like your messing with the portal noise, to create neat effects. Make a (wiki) account and contribute as much as you like!
Cheers, and enjoy your stay.

We do have a thread set aside purely for introductions, but this something quite a bit more. What you have here looks quite impressive, but you may find the folks around here like to be able to play with things instead of just looking at screenshots. that being said you should edit your first post and change the title to something like "My Cool New Portal Textures (And Hello)" or something
