i looked in the tools tab and theres no source SDK in there

is there any other way i can get it?

The Source SDK is not the same as the Hammer level editor, it's a set that includes a configured version of the editor, and next to that a model viewer, the Faceposer and the source files of HL2, either SP or MP.
