You could always try to use the "Fit" button on the texture tool, but it will still look weird because you're not using standard brush sizes.

For example, in the green room, the platform is 256 by 256, and theres a space of 48 on either side, so the total width of the room is 352. But 352 is 5.5 concrete panels across.

I could change the space to 64, which would make the width of the room 384, or 6 concrete panels across even, but the problem with that is that to do so, I would have to move close to half the level over, and I have no idea how.

I'd still have to move half the level

If you made it thinner? Why?

The green room and the red room are joined to each other, so if I made the green room narrower or wider, I'd have to move the entire red room over either way.

Post a top down, X/Y screenshot in Hammer of the area because that can't be right.

Here's what it looked like, although it's a bit late since I went ahead and moved the whole thing around already. Now the size is fixed, but I'll have to realign all the textures and fix the leaks.

This is how it looked before I changed it

I just released a new version. I think I've got most of the texture issues fixed, but now I need more feed back about the puzzles and gameplay, (as well as anything else that needs to be fixed). Especially since after rearranging and resizing all the rooms, I probably broke something on accident.

Also, is there any way to remove the first version from the download database, now that it is obsolete?

I manually deleted it. You should be able to just update the file instead of reposting.
