i just got portal 2 on pc because i see that there are user created maps (previously played on xbox)

i keep seeing to go into the bonus maps in the menu and click import maps but i dont have this in my menu. what am i missing?

"import maps"? You sure that isn't for Portal 1?
I wouldn't know as I didn't play the first game on pc (xbox for me too).
So far you have to use the "map mapname" command in Portal 2. Properly getting an "import maps/play custom maps/something like that" when they release the SDK

Yeah, the Bonus Maps and Import Maps are all from Portal 1. We'll have to wait for an update before any thing like that is added to the menu I'm sure.

Just to make what was said above a little clearer: the custom maps you are trying to add are from portal 1. (I don't think you can do that, but I'll check.)
