Found this one so far:
- On testchamber 05 if you disconnect the camera near the entrance and place it on the button it will play a GLaDOS line.
Anyone else found any?

||...the huge potato battery was made by Chell (see)
...there's a hidden figure/person in the Cave/Caroline painting (one, two)
You have to mess around with Photoshop or some such program to boost the levels to see the hidden figure.
Now it's kinda hard to see what exactly that hidden figure is supposed to be, but I can't help but feeling that we're being told that Chell is in fact the daughter of Cave and Caroline.||
Other than that there's lots of Rattmann dens, but apart from being references to the comic I haven't gleaned anything new or meaningful from them.

Mind = blown
I have played the Portal 2 co-op mode 8 times now.
I still want to play it again ^^
Here is what I have found:
mp_coop_lobby_2:
- the two displays showing some random text contains the recipe for the cake (portal 1 - cake)
=> stay in front and zoom-in - you can find eggs, sugar, coconut, vanilla, etc.
next to the displays (right side) you can see a small lamp (use it: voice of the turrets)
there is a hidden cube on the last map of chamber 4
(place the funnel (beam) so that you pass the building on the other side)
and i also found a bug in last map of chamber 5:
- in the room where you have to kill the turrets with the fluid
- you can also kill them by using two portals (one above, one next to them)
- you can jump onto the floor and kill them, by knocking 1 out
=> the floor becomes blue (fluid) and game crashes
Regards
PortalCombat
P.S.: Iam loocking for some new co-op maps, please contact me!
"!!!!!!!!JOLT!!!!!!!!"
Oh, and mind blown by the potato thing.

Chell couldn't possibly be Cave's and Caroline's daughter. Too different epochs.
How so? The painting is found in the 1972 level and Chell might just be a couple of years old at that point. That would make her around 40 at the time of Portal 1, but she spent some time in the relaxation vault before Portal 1 so that might subtract a significant amount of years. They're definitely not epochs apart.

Cave and Caroline lived and were fairly old enough as early as in 1940s. Aperture Fixtures already received an award during that time..
And on that note, Chell isn't THAT old. I once saw videos called "Chell's Mind" where she was referred to as being 22 and then it stuck in my head-canon.

Cave certainly is that old but it's only really Caroline's age that is in question here. The first we hear from Caroline is in the intro to the 1950ies series of tests. If we assume she's a fresh 18-20 year old at that time she'd still be under 40 by 1970 and therefore perfectly capable of carrying a child.
Regardless of all this, what else is the figure in the painting supposed to be? It was obviously purposefully hidden, so the reveal should mean something. I can't think of an alternative explanation.

Link? Reference? Chell in the original game always struck me as a slightly atypical game hero; less pretty and definitely older than game heroes usually are.

Doug Rattmann?

The videos themselves were deleted. I still have one of them downloaded. That thing said was still in commentaries, so no way of recovering these.

I guess that's the only character left to guess at. Doesn't make any sense though

There's some videos on youtube with that title. Definitely not canon though.

Just because something is cleverly hidden doesn't mean it's intended. A particular friend I won't bother naming pointed me out that all similarities between my work and Portal 2 were a "NORMAL" coincidence.

There's some other series, but I wasn't able to recover THAT SERIES, SPECIFICALLY.

Uh come again? You don't think that an extra character in a portrait, invisible to the naked eye and only visible by lifting the levels of the image, is an intended thing?

If
my stories about <> as a third foil between Chell and GLaDOS and Valve's stories about Wheatley as one are a "NORMAL" coincidence, then yeah, I don't.

OK, 1) wtf are you smoking and 2) can I have some?
Just because you thought it'd be a fun thought experiment to talk about a "portal movie" that's set in the 4th millennium and then Portal 2 goes ahead and happens in like the 50th millenium you see a not-normal coincidence? Wtf?
In any case we're getting way off-topic here...

It isn't just that.
And since you all are morons from my perspective you will never get it.

1. If you find the turret that says 'I am different', you know the one you get an achievement for if you save it, if you hold onto it tells you stuff. First it tells you to remember Caroline, then it tells you about the story of Prometheus. This indicates that GLaDOS has some sort of relation to Prometheus.
When you find GLaDOS again as a potato she is being pecked at by a bird, just like Prometheus. The imagery is obvious to anyone.
One of the co-op partners names is Atlas, Atlas of course was brother to Prometheus.
In addition, this image was posted there (too big for forum apparently).
