Here's a map I made as my first map to release. I've been making maps for a year now and never knew that there forums for it so here..

You should have posted this in the Community Releases section along with a download of the map instead. You'll get a lot of good critiques there. This is a pretty simple and small map. Feels a little a bland to me. Try putting some props in your map and try to make your map a little longer.

I like your concept there, but the map needs a lot more detail and lightning to be a good, working map. I like it.

^this, you used Portal 2's versions of Portal 1 textures, idk why they changed them but it's not ideal. Use the portal 2 textures please.

Please note that I'm running this on Lowest graphic because my laptop is complicate.

Also I've slapped one light in the middle of the map with no cubemaps, SO that's partly why it looks like a pile of vomit
