looking for idea on what to re skin next and what you want re skinned?
and also the theme you want them re skinned in.

How about an old-apeture turret? Make it gritty and stick the old logo on.

1940's Aperture stuff really needs to just be completely remodeled. I doubt turrets would look remotely similar back then. The "dual portal device" looked like this giant machine strapped to your back according to the poster, I think other elements should have a similar treatment.

I am inclined to agree. You can't just slap an old Aperture logo on the device; it's overall shape is very modern and unlike what they had in the 40s.

OK so doing some old aperture re skins are out of the question for the time being.
what else would you like turret reskin, orange GLaDos , A yellow portal gun(working on a color themed portal gun pack) ect

i was thinking this or some sort of steampunk thing.

i think cool reskins could add gameplay changes without being corny. make new cubes. or makes the skins for a new cube and have your friend give it some new effect. or make new gels.

make halflife things. things from black mesa.

A turret, but it is black, the side rectangles are red, and the sensor is light blue. Make it a different skin for the turret if you can.

I'm looking for a series of cube reskins for various 'key' cubes. Just like a regular cube but with a number inside the aperture logo. I'm also looking for a catapult cube, but that would require model editing. Battery cube probably wouldn't, just like three skins based on how many bars the battery has filled.

1) the portal gun I should have got rid of when takening the picture
2) I need reasons (feed back) why the turret looks like garbage (also my blue portal gun)

any way it's a work in progress so i need feedback.

They're just red and/or blue versions of the original textures. You're applying a color filter and it just doesn't look good.

Sorry, I should have been a bit more specific:
The body of the turret is entirely black.
The small blue rectangles on each "wing" of the turret is red.
And the eye is a light blue.

OK i will try to do the turret differently and to ZeronFX specifications and the portal gun meh it for my use only(unless any one wants it) i will have most likely change it again if a post a pic of some thing with it in.
